1. Please ensure you have the latest updates installed for your operating system. You can check for latest updates using Windows Update. Please note that you may have to check for updates multiple times (everytime updates request you to reboot) if you haven't updated in a while.

2. Please make sure you have .Net 3.5 SP1 installed. If you are not sure, you can run .Net 3.5 SP1 Web Installer to confirm you have the runtime properly installed.

3. Please install RTW Applications Installer.
